DALLAS, TX–(Marketwired – Apr 26, 2013) – Shippers Warehouse is pleased to announce that Jim Steffel has joined Grocery Direct Consolidated Transportation (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shippers Warehouse, Inc.) as Vice President of Business Development.

In this position, Jim will concentrate his efforts on expanding GDCT’s regionally focused asset based transportation solution while working to intensify the creativity and depth of supply chain solutions that bring value to our customers.

Jim has an extensive background in the strategic planning, development and execution of carrier operations throughout his career. His knowledge and experience will contribute tremendously to the future success of GDCT and Shippers Warehouse.
